Staying friends after break-up: Yeah or Nah?! 5/28/2004
After a nasty break-up, my ex and I have been able to patch
things up and remain friends. Feelings are still there,
but is it a good idea to stay in contact? She seems to waver
back and forth -- affectionate at times and then totally
hands off. Is it worth the headache remaining friends with
an ex?

A Little Closure Please 5/21/2004
This is just my oppinion...
<br>
After having been in a extra marrital relationship for
about 4 years, My lover walked out the door never to return.
No fight nothing.
I had no clue that was the last day I would ever get to see his
beautiful blue eyes or see his smile. I know he loved me deeply,
we knew someday it would end. Im sure it was easier for him
to just leave that ...

RE: Its soo hard, I still haven't done it 5/19/2004
No offense, but if your cheating on your girlfriend, even
if you are drunk, then there is a problem with that relationship,
and it needs to end. All your going to do in the long run is
hurt her more. The longer the cheating goes on with out her
knowing, the worse things will be when she finds out.

Love turns away 4/30/2004
Time changes everythying and everyone...
It takes a new love full of passion and desire
and withers it into less than nothing...
It turns decades of a relationship into dust.
I turns babies into and into adults.
It turns crowded hallways into empty creaking doors.
It levels happy homes and turns dead ends into malls.
It turns the love of your life into someone else and

there is no good way 4/23/2004
In the diallution of a relationship there is no way to end
it without someone or both parties being emotionally hurt.
The strenght it takes to openly discuss the situation should
not be conscrued as a sheild not to be hurt. Someone has to
start the ball.

I think that when ending a relationship it is best to make
a clean break. Tell the other person that you don't
want to see them anymore. Instead of avoiding them I makes
it alot easier for all parties

RE: Admitting you've cheated ..... 4/20/2004
You are absolutely right when you say, your admission of
infidelity may do more harm than good. By coming clean about
cheating, you may absolve yourself of guilt, by coming
forward with the truth and asking (begging) forgiveness.
However, your problem then becomes your partner's
problem (nightmare) and everything you felt plus more
gets dumped on your partner - the one you have already ...

*try to talk it through first.
*Be honest.
*Dont list our faults-it doesn't help.
*Tell us, calmly and rationally what went wrong.
*Try to be calm; yelling and name calling aren't a way
of breaking up, they are a way of causing MORE pain.
*Dont string us along uneccessarily for weeks, that makes
it worse.
*don't say sorry. It pisses us off more.

Re: it took 10 days 4/6/2004
Hello,
Sorry to hear about your problem.
If both your names are on the lease then you are both responsible
for paying the rent. If she doesn't pay her half you
can get a court order to move her out. If it's only your
name on the lease then it's even easier to get rid of
her. Either way, don't evict the premises (not sure
about PA laws) but in some states evicting the premises
could ...

if you were in love, but he/she wasn't. It is the most
