I think to being fit that a person not only have to take in
consideration not only the exercise portion of fitness
but also change in habits and diets, I was watching TMZ and
they indicate that the majority of individuals 80% of people
on the biggest loser gain the weight back, being secluded
on a show for six weeks does not prepare them for life after
